Tres proyectos españoles han sido elegidos entre los finalistas de los MAPIC Awards 2022. En la categoría “Mejor proyecto de regeneración urbana”, se encuentra X-Madrid, de Merlin Properties. Para la de “Centro outlet con mejor rendimiento” la organización ha selccionado a Getafe The Style Outlets, de Neinver. Por fin, WOW Concept es candidato en la categoría de “Mejor proyecto de obra nueva”:
